BitMix Cold
BitMix Cold is an asphalt concrete manufactured on site by hot-working, specially additivated for cold applications. The result is a product with all the properties of a good hot-worked material: Good adhesion, high resistance and durability, with the advantages of applying a cold mixture.
Composition
The asphalt concrete is composed of about 94% aggregates, 5% bitumen and 1% fluxing additive. Aggregates can have different geological origins. The bitumen penetration grade can be 50/70 or 35/50.
Stability
Similar stability to a hot-worked asphalt concrete after the curing period.
Packaging
The mixture is supplied is sealed bags of 20kg with a stability guarantee of over 12 months in storage.

Easy and fast application
The asphalt concrete is applied directly. Bond coating or priming is not necessary. It’s ideal for small repair and finishing jobs and can be applied to a single element without the need for special equipment, once the mixture is packaged and ready to use.
