Hotel Radisson Red Gaia: a new landmark in urban hospitality

ACA is responsible for the construction of the new Hotel Radisson Red in Vila Nova de Gaia, a development that stands out for its contemporary architecture and urban integration.

The building, with a gross construction area of 12,216.77 m², extends over eight above-ground floors and one basement level, accommodating a total of 250 rooms. The project also includes the external works on the adjacent roads, ensuring functional and landscape integration with the surrounding urban fabric.

This project is part of the international Radisson Red brand, reinforcing the chain’s presence in the Portuguese market and contributing to the diversification and enhancement of the hotel offer in the northern region.

The project follows a rigorous construction approach and careful technical coordination, with the aim of ensuring high standards of quality, comfort, and efficiency.
