Three Luxury Projects by ACA

ACA is undertaking three luxury developments in the Comporta region, totalling 131,000 m² of construction and an estimated investment of 120 million euros.

The three projects are:

Sublime Comporta Villas - A development inspired by the Feng Shui concept, consisting of 43 luxury villas (types V2 to V4), each with private pools and gardens, as well as four public buildings dedicated to events, wellness, and staff.

Comporta Beach & Golf Resort - Located next to the Troia golf course, it includes a 5-star hotel, four blocks of apartments, 37 villas, and various leisure and sports facilities.

NUMA Rural Hotel (in Grândola) - Structured in three areas, this rural tourist complex features 21 luxury villas (types V2 and V4), all with private pools, integrated into a sustainable architecture that harmonises with the environment.

The projects stand out for:

• Landscape and environmental integration, with respect for the dunes, local fauna, and flora.
• ACA’s high logistical capacity, mobilising hundreds of workers and ensuring support infrastructure for teams in remote areas.
• A focus on positioning Comporta/Troia as a high-end tourist destination, combining luxury, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
